These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SikshaVid website and learning platform for CGPSC, CG SSC, SSC, Railway and Banking exam preparation. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared — simultaneous use of one account by multiple people may result in suspension.
2. Courses and Access
When you enroll in a paid course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for the validity period mentioned on the course page (for example, 12 months). Access begins immediately upon successful payment. Course content, schedules and faculty may be updated or improved from time to time; we will endeavour to keep overall course value equal or better.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — video lectures, notes, test papers, questions, explanations, current-affairs compilations, designs and logos — is the property of SikshaVid or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not download (except where a download option is provided), record, screen-capture, reproduce, redistribute, resell or share any content. Piracy or circulation of our material in Telegram/WhatsApp groups or any other channel will lead to immediate account termination without refund, and may result in legal action.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting quizzes or assessments, using automated tools to scrape content, or posting abusive or unlawful material in any interactive feature. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and offers are time-bound and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. EMI options, where shown, are provided by the payment gateway or your bank under their terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Selection
We provide sincere, high-quality preparation support, but selection in CGPSC, CG SSC, SSC, Railway, Banking or any other examination depends on many factors including your own effort and the conducting body's process. SikshaVid makes no promise or guarantee of selection, rank or marks. Testimonials and results shown on the platform reflect individual outcomes and are not assurances of similar results.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We may modify, add or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change materially affects a paid course.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SikshaVid's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity in an examination.
9. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, including content piracy or account sharing, in which case no refund is payable.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
