Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enroll with confidence. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on SikshaVid. It applies to all our programs for CGPSC, CG SSC, SSC, Railway and Banking exams.

1. 7-Day Refund Window for Full Courses

Full-length courses (foundation and complete courses) carry a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the course content (lessons watched and materials accessed). If both conditions are met, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

2. Test Series

Test series purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase only if you have not attempted any test. Once a test has been attempted, or after 48 hours, the purchase is non-refundable, since test papers are consumable content that loses value once viewed.

3. Discounted and Bundled Purchases

Courses bought during special offers, scholarships or in bundles are refundable on the same terms as above; the refund amount is the actual price paid, not the list price. Where a bundle is partially consumed, the refund is calculated after deducting the standalone price of the consumed component.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available where the refund window has lapsed or the consumption limit is crossed; where an account is terminated for violation of our Terms (such as content piracy or account sharing); for failure to use the course (non-usage is not a defect); or for dissatisfaction with an exam result, since selection depends on factors beyond our coaching.

5. Batch Cancellation by SikshaVid

If we cancel a batch or discontinue a course before delivering its promised content, you will be offered a free transfer to an equivalent course or a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion — your choice.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@sikshavid.com from your registered email with your name, registered phone number, order/payment reference and reason (optional within the 7-day window). You can also WhatsApp us at +91 87663 56101. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to reflect in your account. EMI purchases are refunded through the gateway; any EMI interest or gateway charges levied by your bank are outside our control.
